Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the performance of our products, please let us know so that we can issue you a refund OR replacement, your choice. You MUST Call or Email First for a RMA # BEFORE sending any product back to us.
New 'compatible' cartridges are guaranteed for one full year from the date of purchase. 'Remanufactured' cartridges are guaranteed for six months from the date of purchase. Laser toner cartridges, fax ribbons and any other products are also backed by our '100% Satisfaction Guarantee'.
We will try our best, within reason, to accommodate you! If YOU order the wrong cartridge, we will exchange it for the correct one upon receipt of the unopened cartridge, with price adjustment as needed. If you ordered the wrong product, you will be charged shipping for the correct replacements to be sent and you will be responsible for shipping the original ordered products back to us. If WE send you the wrong product, we will bear the shipping cost.
RETURNING PRODUCTS - Returns of unused merchandise in "resalable" condition will be accepted with NO charge for a period of 90 days from shipping. New 'compatible', and 'remanufactured' cartridges that are returned must have at least 75% ink remaining! We weigh them vs. full cartridge weight. Returned cartridges found to be less than 75% full will have a 'proportional' charge applied towards the refund. Cartridge must have at least 40% ink left in it for a proportional refund.

and put "Request RMA" in the "subject" line of the email. In the "body" of the email, request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) for the return. Include your full name (name you ordered with), invoice number, and product you would like to be replaced (or receive refund) for reference. ONLY returns with a valid RMA # will be accepted. For fastest service please use email for all correspondence. Contacting us by phone will only delay the processing of your return or request (We'll have to look up your info while you're on the phone, which can take a while). You can also call us at 336-940-3826. You will be given complete address, shipping and labeling instructions at the time you are issued the RMA #. This RMA# will be used to track your replacement product or refund, whichever is requested.
RMAs are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. The National Technology Warehouse will refuse delivery of any boxes without a valid, clearly visible RMA number as noted above. Return the product in the original product packaging and include a copy of the invoice with your return, if possible.

National Technology Warehouse Guarantees each laser cartridge to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year. NTW's cartridges are manufactured to the most Stringent Quality Control standards possible, Guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds that of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). National Technology Warehouse will replace any of its laser printer cartridges found to be Defective. We also Guarantee that, subject to the conditions stated below and under normal use, our laser cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible laser printer. If a defect in an NTW cartridge causes a printer to fail, NTW will Reimburse the Customer the Full Amount for all service and repair of the printer.
National Technology Warehouse's Guarantee is dependent upon the Customer providing us with satisfactory evidence that the printer failure was due to a defect in one of our laser cartridges, including a written statement from the Customer or on an authorized service Company's Letterhead, dated and signed by the Company's field sales or service representative. The product that caused the damage must also be returned. NTW's liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement as stated above. This Guarantee is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The tampering of any NTW laser cartridge by any persons other than an NTW representative voids all warranties, or guarantees, and releases NTW's liability as stated above. All returns must be returned in the original packaging with protection. Any return without proper packaging will not receive credit.
National Technology Warehouse stands behind all of our products, guarantees, and warranties. If you are not happy with your product, if the product is defective, or the product is damaged, and we will be there to assist you.

Credit card numbers are used only for processing payment and are not used for other purposes. As part of real-time payment processing, NTW subscribes to a fraud management service. This service gives you and NTW an extra level of security to guard against credit card fraud to protect your financial data.
